Fizzy Eggs! My kids absolutely loved this, here are the exact directions below. Make sure you save this post to do with your kids closer to Easter! 🐰🥚 ✨ Materials 🐰 Muffin Tins 🐰 Paint Brushes 🐰 Gel Food Coloring 🐰 Vinegar 🐰 Baking Soda 🐰 Water Mix up your baking soda + water (or vinegar) mixture to a thick paste and add gel food coloring (the more you add, the brighter the color but also the bigger mess. It DID wash easily off my kids’ hands though. Let your kids use paint brushes to brush on the “paint” paste on each egg (the thicker the better). Once they’re done painting, have your kids pour vinegar onto the eggs and watch the fizzy reaction! Once it’s done, rinse the eggs off with water and admire your artwork! These turned out better than I thought they would honestly and my kids LOVED doing it. - Easter eggs, easter with kids, easter activities, sensory activities for kids, diy activities for kids, easter fun, dying easter egg, easter eggs #eastereggs #easter #easteractivities #toddlermom #sensoryplay

Such a simple experiment with the most mesmerising results 🤍 This activity is super easy to set up using items you already have at home and keeps little hands busy for ages! ✨ What you need: • Oil • Milk • Food colouring • Plate or tray • Small bowls or jars • Droppers or spoons ✨ What happens? Oil and milk don’t mix, so when colourful drops of milk are added to the oil, they form floating bubbles and beautiful swirling patterns. It’s like watching liquid art in action 😍 Tip: You can also use water instead of milk for a similar effect. ☁️ Will you try this with your little one? Don’t forget to Like 👍 and Save 📌 for later! #kidsscience #stemforkids #easykidsactivities #kidsplayideas #toddleractivities

Such a cute experiment for all of you who bought out all the eggs before the snowstorm and now you don’t know what to do with them. 🥚❄️😂 We made a naked egg using stuff you already have at home and my kids were OBSESSED. You soak a raw egg in vinegar for 24–48 hours and the acid slowly dissolves the shell, leaving behind the soft membrane. The egg looks “naked,” but it’s still holding everything inside. Why it’s so cool for kids: 🥼 They get to watch a real chemical reaction happen over time. 🧠 It introduces acids, reactions, and membranes in a simple way. ✋ It turns into a squishy, bouncy sensory experiment. 🔬 It naturally leads to questions and curiosity. Low prep. Cheap. Entertaining. Educational. Basically my favorite combo. Save this for a snowy day science activity. #easykidsactivities #scienceforkids #homeschoolideas #simpleexperiments
