-Brunch at @eggspectationpk ’ ✨🥐🌮🥪🥞🍹✨ The ambiance at Eggspectation is vibrant yet relaxed, making it an ideal setting for a leisurely brunch. ✨ What we ordered: 🔸Chicken Cheese Croissant Melt ⭐️9.5/10 🔹Buffalo Fried Chicken Tacos ⭐️7/10 🔸Open Chicken and Cheese Sandwich ⭐️(7/10) 🔹Blueberry Pancakes ⭐️(8/10) 🔸Tropical Paradise ⭐️(11/10) Chicken Cheese Croissant Melt 🥐, nestled within the flaky embrace of a buttery croissant was a symphony of flavors - succulent grilled chicken, peppery rocket leaves, and the irresistible allure of melted mozzarella cheese, perfectly complemented by the side of lyonnaise potatoes. 🤌🏻💯 Buffalo Fried Chicken Tacos 🌮 were a bold fusion of flavours and textures. Crispy fried chicken takes center stage, nestled within soft flour tortillas, adorned with vibrant layers of fresh lettuce and creamy avocado. 🥑 While they were a nice kick to the meal, they didn’t quite steal the show for me. Open Chicken Sandwich looked really appetising but wasn’t worth the price. I personally prefer a saucy sandwich whereas this one was pretty dry. The bread had Italian herbs which gave it a really nice flavour. The chicken chunks were nice and tender and the cheese was spot on! 🤌🏻 The portion size was good as well. 👍🏼🥪 Blueberry Pancakes 🫐🥞were one of their bestsellers as per the waiter. The fresh blueberries tasted fresh but were only a few. Blueberry compoté similar to American Garden was placed between the layers which in my opinion were pretty average. The real game changer was the lemon ricotta filling. It was perfectly sweet. The pancakes were cooked to perfection and were light and fluffyyy. 💯 Now here comes the drink of your dreams! The Tropical Paradise. It had a smoothie texture and you could feel the berry seeds on your tongue while sipping it. HEAVEN! 😍🙌 Honestly we thought it’ll taste like a fruit punch but this drink really did exceed our expectations. Drank it till the last drop.
