Have you ever seen a live cell under a microscope? 🦠 Meet paramecium. A single-celled protist. I was observing this little guy for a while when I realized it had slowed down its movements and flattened out quite a bit. Most of the water between the cover slip evaporated and the slide, squishing paramecium a bit. When it finally slowed down and stayed in one spot I was able to fully appreciate its complexity. See if you can spot a few organelles 😄
