Review⬇️ Just putting across the comparisons I noticed between the two products. The Charlotte tilbury hollywood flawless filter seems to be lighter on the skin than the Elf halo glow. When it comes to glow, the "strobe" bit- The Elf Halo is more shiny as compared to Charlotte. That's all, the products are quite similar. Even If I had to make nit picky observations all I can say is Elf has a slight thicker wand and Charlotte is thinner so it dispenses lesser product. I would choose Elf only on the basis of it's price. 🌟 ELF Halo Glow vs. Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter 🌟 @elfcosmetics HG shade “1 fair” @charlottetilbury HFF shade “fair 2” Both of these items are multipurpose - use as a primer, mix with any base or cheek product, “lit from within” highlighter, inner corner highlight…I mean, the possibilities are endless! Both feature a pearl finish and come in multiple shades to suit a wide variety of skin tones. I’ve owned HFF for a few months and like to use it as a highlight and primer underneath natural/satin and matte foundations. This formula is a bit more pearly and ever so slightly thinner than the ELF. Because it’s more pearly, it can emphasize pores a bit more than ELF, but the difference is honestly negligible. Comes in 12 shades. Full size $44, mini (4 shades) $15 ELF’s Halo Glow is brand new and is exploding in popularity - rightfully slow! The formula is a tiny bit thicker, less pearly, and has a smidge extra pigment compared to HFF. Mine is the lightest shade, which you can see is deeper than CT’s second lightest. ELF could do with expanding the shade range, though offers 8 shades in a few undertones, so most folks will find an option that works since it is sheer. $14 Honestly, they’re dang near identical dupes. I can’t really tell a difference on myself. They behave similarly and wear the same, too.
