And they’re definitely not posting more. It’s the women who get really clear on their message and who they’re actually talking to in their content. Right now I actually have the number 1 and number 2 enrollers across all of Australia and NZ on my team. One of them has only been in network marketing for about 12 months, has a small following, mainly focuses on one platform, and never even shows her face. The other has been successful in other companies before, runs multiple interconnected businesses, does face to camera content and is across several platforms. Two very different approaches. But they both have one thing in common. Instead of trying to speak to everyone, they started speaking directly to the person they understand best. Perimenopausal women who want to lose belly fat. Exhausted mums looking for clean energy so they can stop living off coffee and energy drinks. Burnt out teachers looking for an exit plan without having to completely reinvent themselves. And suddenly their content starts attracting the right people. Their audience feels seen. Conversations start happening. Their business begins to grow. This is something I spend a lot of time helping the women in my team work through, their positioning and the conversations that follow.
