Read or listen to a podcast for 30 minutes daily : being educated in topics is the ultimate skill, whether that’s finances, self help, personal development, new languages, religion - whatever you are interested in. Be intentional with what you consume. 6. Start your day with a plan : if you do not plan your day out the night before or the morning of - you need to start. Be aware of how you spend your time, create a routine that you look forward to, this will help you enjoy life to the fullest.
