Support your knees with stronger glutes doing this👇 What it is: A banded crab walk is a lateral glute activation exercise that lights up the side of the hips. It looks simple but oh boy you will feel this! Why it’s worth doing: • Strengthens glute med (hip stabiliser) • Supports knees and pelvic stability • Improves balance and control • Great warm-up or finisher for leg days How to do it: • Place a loop band just above the knees (I recommend the fabric sort as they are more comfortable) • Sit back into a small demi squat (start taller if you need to ease in) • Chest tall, ribs stacked, core braced • Lead the movement with the knee, not the foot • Take 2–3 controlled steps to one side • Switch direction and repeat • Work for 30–40 seconds • Rest, then repeat 3–4 rounds Let me know how you get on 🍑💪 #strongathome #homeworkout #gluteexercise #revivefitness #homeworkout
