Looking back, it’s kind of crazy how much has changed. We’ve gone from being a team of 10 to now over 60 people, taken on much larger projects, and even moved into a bigger office last year. None of it happened overnight, but I think what stayed constant was the way we approached it. It was never really a question of if, it was always when, and we kept building like that. I think a big part of it is just learning to trust your own direction early on. Putting things in place before you fully need them, even when it feels slightly ahead of where you are. There were so many moments where it felt like we were preparing for something that hadn’t come yet. And I think that’s what I’ve learnt the most through all of this. You don’t wait for the moment, you prepare for it.
