10 Facts About Me That Don’t Match My Appearance 1️⃣ Most people see a fitness coach and assume I’ve always been confident… but I actually grew up overweight and spent years learning to be kind to myself. 2️⃣ I might live in the gym now, but music was my first love — I started reading music in 4th grade, played clarinet from 6th grade on, and became a three-time TMEA Texas All-State Band clarinetist. 3️⃣ I geek out over all things fast on 4 wheels. I’m a total automotive junkie and Corvette lover. 🏎️ 4️⃣ I love spending any “free time” with my best friend, my husband. We act like teenagers when we are together and it’s the best thing ever. 5️⃣ The hardest season of my life was losing my dad — it changed everything about how I see the world. ❤️ 6️⃣ People assume I’m naturally motivated — truth is, I built that discipline brick by brick through setbacks, self-doubt, and a lot of personal growth. I have bad days just like everyone else, where I don’t want to go workout, but discipline makes me show up and get it done. 7️⃣ I love makeup — even though I rarely wear it. My bathroom could double as a mini-Sephora with drawers full of palettes, brushes, and beauty finds I can’t resist. 💄 8️⃣ I’m extremely organized — my closet is arranged by rainbow color, sleeve/pant length, and every pair of shoes lives in a clear container. 🩰✨ 9️⃣ Even though I coach others, I’m constantly learning — from better training methods to becoming a stronger leader, stepmom, and human. 🔟 People see my strength now, but it’s built from years of turning pain into purpose — and I’m just getting started. 💫 💬 Which one surprised you the most? facts about me that don’t match my appearance…. 1. I dropped out of college (twice) before finally earning my bachelor’s degree. 2. I work full-time in the corporate IT space. 3. I spent 5 years working as a swim instructor & lifeguard (I love the water). 4. I’ve struggled with migraines for over 10 years (and I’ve tried everything to fix them). 5. I could give up meat forever and be perfectly fine with it. 6. I make better Indian food than American food. 7. I grew up in the Midwest… and now I’m a Texas girl (but I miss my family dearly). 8. I still get carded all the time, even though I’m 27 and have been married for 3 years (shoutout to my mom for the good genes)! 9. Random facts about me that don’t match my appearance 1.I look like a full glam girl but I can switch to “fresh out of a trash can “ in 5 seconds. 2.I look small like I’m in my mid 20s but I’m actually in my mid 30s. 3.I look like I have it all together but I cry over the silliest things. 4.I look confident,but most times I show up here, I get anxious. I worry if my post is good enough.confidence on the outside…..nerves on the inside. 5.I overthink EVERYTHING.
