🫟📢 Estudiantes de la Facultad de Artes y Diseño @fad.unam de la UNAM salieron a las calles de Xochimilco manifestándose en contra de la reelección del Director Mauricio de Jesús Juárez Servín, quien este jueves 30 de abril iba rendir protesta en el auditorio de la FAD; pero que tras una movilización interna y pacífica de lxs alumnxs fue que las autoridades de la Facultad "evacuaron" a Mauricio para evitar que ensuciaran su evento. Tras esto, lxs estudiantes inmediatamente acordaron en asamblea marchar por Prolongación División del Norte hasta llegar al Metrobús de Prepa 1. Entre muchos de los señalamientos contra Mauricio está su responsabilidad directa por expulsar a 5 estudiantes de la FAD durante las movilizaciones del plantel en la Rectoría en el 2023. I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry since the 1990’s and have seen every fad come and go at least three different times. There is an 18 to 36 month life cycle of every fad diet before it is modified to keep the money faucet flowing. If any of these exclusionary, restrictive, fad diets ever lived up to their hype, why do the ALWAYS disappear??? ANSWER: They never live up to the false promises of their charismatic marketers. Take a guy like @CARNIVOREMD…oops , I mean @PAULSALADINOMD…as he recently CHANGED HIS NAME to distance himself from his previous fad diet scam and to make space for his new one. You see, Paul used to sell you a VEGAN DIET…until that stopped working…and then he sold you a KETO DIET…until that stopped working…and then he sold you a CARNIVORE DIET…until that stopped working…and now he sells you the ANIMAL BASED DIET…which is a CARNIVORE DIET that has CARBS ADDED BACK IN…just like I predicted back in 2017! I can’t say Paul is the worst in the industry but he is certainly in the group of deceptive fitness marketers that are either too uneducated or too greedy to ever be trusted. I mean, how many times can an “expert” be so wrong and still keep making money off your failure?? So, the next time you hear of the next great diet plan…go back two years to see what the “guru” was selling you previously. I guarantee you that they were selling another “great diet plan” that had run its 18 - 36 month course, failed and now they need a new way to make money off you. THOUGHTS???
