RO systems strip out contaminants, but they also remove naturally occurring minerals like calcium and magnesium. What you’re left with is flat, acidic, demineralized water that many people then try to “fix” by adding drops back in. But it’s still dead water, and unfortunately it’s not doing a lot for your health. At least not as much as your water COULD be doing for you. Molecular hydrogen is living water and it’s produced through an ionizer that filters out contaminants while preserving and enhancing beneficial minerals. That mineral presence supports hydration efficiency on a cellular level. Our organs and our entire body is over 70% water. If we want things to function optimally, we need to give them the right tools. Water isn’t meant to be empty. It’s meant to support physiology. ➡️ Because there’s a difference between sterile and supportive ⬅️ If you’re wanting to explore upgrading your water so it supports your health AND saves you money at the same time, message me 😊

There seems to be 2 extremes when it comes to drinking water: either not taking it seriously enough, or making a way bigger deal out of it than it needs to be. 💧The quality of water we drink absolutely does matter. Drinking tap water or poorly filtered (such as a Brita etc.) absolutely has an effect on our health. And bottled water is the furthest thing from a good solution. 💧 On the other extreme, we complicate how to get clean water & hear countless conflicting views about types of filters on the market, or different or pricey remineralizing drops we need to add. It overwhelms people & makes them not even want to switch to filtered. Reverse osmosis is the best water purification available- pulling out nearly all toxic impurities. And when it comes to remineralizing (since it also removes minerals since it’s such a thorough filtration) so that it adequately hydrates our body & cells, it needs to be no more complicated than a sprinkle of lemon juice and/or a dash of quality salt, such as Maldon flakes that I use, which naturally contains countless minerals. For now, I’m using @aquatru countertop reverse osmosis with a glass container, but will eventually be installing their under-counter version with a faucet🤍

But doesn’t filtration remove the good minerals? This myth sounds logical… until you actually look at the numbers. #ReverseOsmosis #WaterQuality #CleanWater #FilteredWater #WaterFiltration #WaterEducation #HealthyHome #TheSourceH2O

Why I personally don’t recommend Reverse Osmosis water. Every client I’ve worked with who switches away from RO water notices a difference. And honestly, it just makes sense when you think about it. An apple picked fresh off the tree is always going to give your body more than applesauce from a can. So why would water be any different? The more water is stripped, processed, and depleted of its natural minerals, the harder it is for your body to actually use it the way it was designed to. Reverse osmosis removes just about everything. What you’re left with is “empty” water, and over time, constantly drinking demineralized water can leave your body feeling less hydrated instead of more. That’s why I personally prefer ionized water. It’s closer to water in its natural state and easier for the body to utilize as part of a healthy hydration routine. Now, here’s the part people don’t always talk about… Not all ionizers are created equal. Ionization requires consistent energy output and quality materials. Cheap machines made with low-grade metals and inconsistent power aren’t something I’m willing to trust in my home. When it comes to anything you’re putting into your body daily, quality matters. Cutting corners on your health usually ends up costing more in the long run. Some “water experts” will say ionizing water isn’t any better than RO water. And honestly, if you’re talking about poorly made machines, I agree. Low-quality ionizers don’t mimic what happens in nature. The right system is designed to mirror how water is naturally energized in the environment, and that’s the difference. Your body is worth quality. Buy nice, not twice. If you’re curious about the system I personally use in my home and share with families, gyms, and clinics, comment ALIVE and I’ll send you a short video so you can learn more. #alkaline #alkalinewater #highfrequency #hydration #healthylifestyle wellness lifehack fitness fitnessmotivation gallonchallenge waterislife bestwaterfiltration reverseosmosis waterfilter ionization hydrating

Everyone talks about clean water. 💧 Few talk about finished water. 💧 Reverse osmosis removes almost everything. The question is what happens next…. #emptywater #waterupgrade #drinksmarter #hydrationupgrade

Your water may be increasing your toxic burden. Water is essential, but it also directly impacts how your liver, kidneys, gut, and lymphatic system eliminate waste. Municipal systems regulate only a limited number of contaminants, despite thousands of synthetic chemicals being used today. As a result, heavy metals, pesticide residues, pharmaceutical traces, PFAS, and disinfection byproducts can still be present in drinking water. Reverse osmosis filtration is one of the most effective ways to reduce this burden. It uses a membrane system that removes dissolved chemicals, heavy metals, fluoride compounds, and other contaminants based on molecular size and electrical charge, often eliminating up to 99% of many unwanted substances. While RO does remove minerals, the contribution of minerals from water is small compared to what you obtain from whole foods and targeted supplementation. With a nutrient-dense diet and intentional mineral support, this is generally not a concern. Cleaner water can be achieved through under-sink or countertop RO systems, grocery store refill stations with reusable containers, or whole-house filtration systems for bathing and household use. I can’t recommend a specific brand as most RO systems work great. If you are focused on detoxification, energy, hormone balance, or gut health, clean drinking water is one of the most practical foundational steps. Share this with someone who is serious about improving their health. 🌿 #RootCauseHealth #FunctionalMedicine #CleanWater #DetoxSupport #HolisticHealth

Reverse Osmosis is unique for filtering salt & monovalent ions, nitrates, and radioactivity (sort of) but comes with a lot of ecological and economic costs. I enjoy keeping as many beneficial minerals/metals as I can while removing the rest. PFAs, microplastics, and the endocrine disrupting chemicals are not exclsuively removed by RO, but if you would feel safer that way, I have a great RO (full remineralization, - ORP, and infrared structured) water at the link in my bio or plenty of other no RO options as well. 💧 Let’s talk about your water! Even “safe” tap water can still contain things like fluoride, lead, arsenic, chlorine byproducts, PFAS (forever chemicals), and microplastics. Bottled water isn’t necessarily better either and often adds plastic exposure from the bottle itself. This is where the type of filter matters. ✨ What is reverse osmosis (RO)? Reverse osmosis is one of the most effective water filtration methods we have. It works by pushing water through an ultra-fine membrane that removes very small contaminants that basic pitcher or faucet filters can’t catch, including heavy metals, fluoride, PFAS, and microplastics. Many RO systems then add minerals back in so the water is clean and balanced, not stripped. 💧 My top at-home water filter options (simple + effective): • AquaTru (countertop) My personal favorite. No installation, reverse osmosis, removes fluoride, PFAS, heavy metals, microplastics, and remineralizes for balanced pH. • AquaTru (under-sink) Great option if you want RO built into your kitchen with the same level of filtration. • APEC Water (under-sink RO) Very well-known RO brand with strong contaminant removal and optional alkaline remineralization. • iSpring (under-sink RO) More budget-friendly reverse osmosis option that still removes heavy metals, fluoride, and chemicals. • SimPure (countertop RO) Another solid no-installation countertop RO option if you want something plug-and-play. 💭 Bottom line: You can’t control everything you’re exposed to, but clean water is one of the easiest health upgrades you can make. If you’re already focusing on nutrition, movement, and wellness, your water deserves the same attention! #waterfilter #tapwater #reverseosmosis #whyieatplants

I didn’t switch because it was trendy. I switched because the math and the science finally clicked. Electrolyzed reduced water is created by separating water into different pH levels using platinum coated titanium plates and electrolysis. That process changes the molecular structure, not by adding chemicals, but by altering the electrical charge. That’s why one system can replace so many things people buy separately. Acidic water for cleaning without streaks Strong acidic water that acts as a disinfectant Neutral water for daily hydration Alkaline water with a negative ORP that helps reduce oxidative stress Specific pH levels that work on produce, plants, and even pets It’s not magic. It’s chemistry. When I looked at what I stopped buying over time, it came out to roughly $1,500 to $2,000 saved per year on products I used to repurchase constantly. What really changed my perspective though was longevity. This isn’t something you replace every few years. With proper care, these systems are designed to last 30 years or more. It takes care of you and if you take care of it, it keeps showing up. That’s when I realized this wasn’t an expense. It was a decision. I’m curious What’s one product you buy over and over that you wish you could eliminate completely? If this kind of practical science backed living interests you, Comment “water” and I’ll send over more info!

You’ve been told: If it’s filtered… If it’s clear… If it’s tested… It’s good. But ORP tells a different story. ORP stands for Oxidation Reduction Potential. It measures electrical charge. Your body runs on electrical charge. Your cells communicate through voltage. So here’s the glitch: Water recycling & treatment removes mineral structure and charge. Well & springs are always an act of good faith unless you really know. Filters ( a select few ;)) remove contaminants… AND It’s neutral. Flat. Technically safe. But not biologically supportive. We’ve been obsessing over subtraction. Nobody is talking about addition. Not just removing toxins but infusing vitality. Once you understand ORP, you stop asking, Is it clean? And start asking, Is it alive? More tomorrow. #holistichealth #hydration #nontoxic #crunchymom

I used to drink this every day thinking I was being healthy. . I was wrong. . I’m not here to shame anyone…I drank it too. . Just sharing what I learned. .
