I’m teaching my students the First Conditional with to be in the if-clause. I show a simple sequence of pictures on the board, guiding them from ‘If I am…’ #englishgrammar #conditionalsentencestype1 #eslteachers #learnenglish

Conditionals made simple 👇✨ 🔹 Zero Conditional We use it for general truths and facts — things that are always true. Form: Present Simple + Present Simple 👉 If you drink, you die. ☠️ (Okay… dramatic example, but you get the idea 😅) 🔹 First Conditional We use it for real and possible situations in the future. Form: If + Present Simple, will + base verb 👉 If you drink, you will die. (It’s possible. Don’t test it.) 🔹 Second Conditional We use it for unreal, imaginary, or unlikely situations in the present or future. Form: If + Past Simple, would + base verb 👉 If you drank, you would die. (But you won’t… right? 👀) 🔹 Third Conditional We use it to talk about the past — things that didn’t happen and we can’t change. Form: If + Past Perfect, would have + past participle 👉 If you had drunk, you would have died. (Thankfully… you didn’t.) #english #ingilizce #viral #englishteacher #grammar

**Pirmā nosacījuma teikuma (First Conditional) skaidrojums 📚** Pirmo nosacījuma teikumu mēs lietojam, lai runātu par reālām situācijām nākotnē — kaut kas var notikt, ja izpildās kāds nosacījums. 🔹 **Struktūra:** 👉 *If + tagadne (Present Simple), will + darbības vārds* **Piemērs:** ✅ *If you don’t leave, I will call the police.* 👉 *Ja tu neaiziesi, es izsaukšu policiju.* — 🚫 **Biežākā kļūda:** ❌ *If you will not leave, I will call the police.* Latviešu valodā tas var šķist loģiski, bet angļu valodā **nedrīkst lietot “will” abās teikuma daļās**. — 💡 **Svarīgi atcerēties:** * “If” daļā vienmēr lieto **tagadni** (Present Simple), pat ja runa ir par nākotni * “Will” lieto tikai **rezultāta daļā** — ✨ **Vēl piemēri:** * *If it rains, I will stay at home.* ☔ * *If you study, you will pass the exam.* 📖 * *If we hurry, we will catch the bus.* 🚌 — 🧠 **Atceries:** 👉 **NEKAD nelieto divus “will” vienā pirmā nosacījuma teikumā!** #angļuvaloda #angļuvalodaonline #angļuvalodaskursi #angluvaloda #angļuvalodasnodarbības
