Life used to be a constant battle for me.
On the outside, you saw an overachiever who had everything going for her.
On the inside, I was losing more of myself every day. 

I was living for other people.
Everything I did, I did for them. 

Was it for recognition, praise, approval? I don’t know.

But I always felt like it would just be easier to… not exist. To not have to wake up every morning and force myself to achieve, until I went to bed exhausted.

I got to a point in mid-2024 where my whole world just crumbled.
After such a dark period, I decided I was going to choose happiness. I quit my job. I moved houses. I met someone new. I kept only my close friends. I started saving my energy for what made ME happy. I finally started living for ME. 
 I could list all the INCREDIBLE things I’ve done since…
But I all you really need to see is how the colour has come back into my face.
How I feel like I can breathe again 🤍
