Full lung breathing (FLB) — The breath before it all Most people don’t lose control under the water. They actually lose it in the breath before. They rush their inhale. Collapse their posture. U14-Juniorinnen gewinnen NOFV-Regionalturnier💪🏼🔥 Am vergangenen Wochenende fand im thüringischen Bad Blankenburg das alljährliche U14-NOFV-Regionalturnier statt. Die jungen Brandenburgerinnen wussten während des Turniers durch extrem fleißige wie intensive Defensivarbeit zu überzeugen. In den drei Vergleichsspielen ließen sie wenig Torchancen zu bzw. konnten sich auf ihre toll mitspielenden Torhüterinnen verlassen. Zeitgleich nutzte das Team Umschaltmomente nach Ballgewinn immer wieder, um gefährlich vor das gegnerische Tor zu kommen. Zwei Siege, ein torloses Unentschieden und das Torverhältnis von 9:1 sorgten am Ende für einen verdienten Platz 1 🥇 Die Ergebnisse im Überblick: FLB 3️⃣ - 1️⃣ Berlin FLB 0️⃣ - 0️⃣ Thüringen FLB 6️⃣ - 0️⃣ Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Verbandstrainer Lucas Walter wurde unterstützt von Co-Trainerin Friederike Mehring, TW-Trainer Thomas Reif und Physiotherapeutin Julia Schmidt.
