6 Step! 🎯👟🔄 There's countless times we've heard "I already know how to 6 Step" or "why do I need to work on this beginner move?" But whenever we drop this drill, most of our students just go 🤫🫣 This method of breaking down a fundamental footwork step allows us to check our form in between the steps, while working on both directions instead of just looking at 1-6 as one singular move. Let's see if we can treat 6 step like learning 6 different moves with endless possibilities of movement & flow. Play around with this concept, see what you cook up yourself. 👋 Have your hand near your knee when dropping. This way it is easier for you to catch yourself, and it just looks cool.
