I’m always a bit more cautious when shipping teapots, hence the double boxing shown in this video. I don’t do this for everything nowadays although if I’m sending a group of stacked bowls, teapots, or vessels deemed more delicate, then it’s a really good technique for making an incredibly strong package. It could be even stronger too if you used a double-walled cardboard box on the inside, but that might be somewhat overkill.   Next week, this is what I’ll be doing each and every day for about eight or nine hours straight, minus walking the dog. There are 317 pots going line in my next drop, (23 November, 7:00 pm GMT), but this doesn’t mean I’ll be sending that many individual parcels, as inevitably families end up buying en masse and shipping to the same address, so all the pots get consolidated and shipped together. Other folks purchase multiple things in quick succession, checking out numerous times, thus again I can condense their orders into a single box, I’m glad this happens to some degree as it means I don’t have to fill so many boxes…   There are only a few days to go now until my winter drop and if you’d like to receive a newsletter, price list and preview, I thoroughly recommend signing up to my mailing list, as this will be sent out 22 November, the day before the release.   Come time, you won’t need any passwords or anything for the store, you’ll simply be able to access it like normal. I will be shipping to the USA, but please be aware, it’s up to you to pay the tariffs and other additional fees, (customs will get in touch with you to arrange these, they range from roughly 10-20%). If you refuse and it’s sent back to me at my cost, I will not refund the initial order.
