Don’t get me wrong, I do loveee cake but this birthday cake matcha w/ salted strawberry cold foam hits different 😮‍💨 Happy birthday to all my fellow Libra girlies 🧁🎀 2-4g matcha powder ( I used @rockysmatcha) 1 x birthday cake fluffe @fluffegram (can sub with cake extract + 10g sweetener of choice) 50g hot water (70 degrees c) 100ml milk of choice Strawberry cold foam 🍓🍨 120g heavy cream/ thickened cream 2 tsp freeze dried strawberry powder 10g white sugar Oat milk (to adjust texture) Vanilla extract Pinch of salt Red food colouring (as needed) Sprinkles!!! #birthday #birthdaycake #matcha #recipe

The past two weeks have been absolutely exhausting, physically, mentally & emotionally 😅 - We have had ALOT going on to say the least.
