Fondant Recipe 👇🏻 453g marshmallows 2-3 tablespoon water Powdered sugar 453 g Butter/shortening/ flavourless oil for kneading. You can speed up time and make it simpler by using a kitchen mixer. I have used hand to show that manually is also achievable 🙂 ✅ Method: Melt marshmallows with water Add 1/2 of the icing sugar and mix by hand or on low speed in mixer. Once incorporated add some more icing sugar (not the entire amount) and mix again. Now rub some shortening or oil in your hands and counter top and knead the mixture by hand. Knead knead knead - add the remaining icing sugar bit by bit. Knead for about 7 minutes until it’s soft and shiny. If dry, a 1/2 tbl soon water at a time - knead till it feels soft and pliable. 🌟To store: grease outside ball, double wrap in cling film and store in an airtight container or ziplock bag.
