Not only was yesterday my birthday, but it was my last day on stage for our play “Fostered”. One of the best experiences in my career. No better way to celebrate your birthday than to be surrounded by love ones, doing the thing you love most. 9 years. Part 6 April 1, 2016 was a big day for Princess Grace. 10 days after she was found, her rescue @mrbonesandco picked her up from her foster home and took her for a photo shoot with @sophiegamand , who poignantly captured such a specific moment of healing on Gracie’s journey, which eventually would be included in the “Pitbull Flower Power” book. Gracie also got to reunite with one of the people who found her, Mark; and I had the pleasure of meeting her for the second time. I then tagged along as Elli @mrbonesandco met the @nypd officer in charge of Gracie’s cruelty case and handed over the collar and leash found on Gracie which became evidence. Sometimes I wonder if I was fair to my babies #shampoo & #destiny Brought them all the way from #usa to #india Within one year I adopted #indiedog abandoned during #covid then first #straycat ever after i starting feeding in #2020 why bc i had to get Red amputated (#tripodcat ) could not leave it on the streets. Most cats i knew i #fostered at home when they got sick. Hence my second cat. Biscuit. Then while i had my parents visiting #2024 i actually ignored two kittens hurdled together, until 2 days later someone called me saying one was sick. So finally i picked up both, could not split them. So i really tried to put these kittens back after fostering them, but one kept getting sick. After they got use to home i just could not put them back. So came tofee & Taffy Then again i picked up #kitkat being injured by other cats, brought her home to foster, and she did not want to leave, with #animalcommunicator & she said rather stay home, none of my male cats got along with her, so she lives alone now in one room. I spend a lot of time feeding, & i wonder if i was fair to my cuddles. Yet they have been absolutely wonderful dogs. They have adjusted. And this year middle of the night i got a-call for brownie. I brought him in. His leg to be amputated, so he stayed. I had requested him to be put back on street while i was in usa, but rains it was not possible. So i asked my friend to adopt in USA, & she said she would. I did not have ❤️ to put him back. So i realised i bring them home but cannot leave them outside. I have two #tripods right now at home. I was able to treat so many but now even funding is low. I only foster cats that I am very close too. Now i have to use fosters. All of these strays are so loving. I wish each house would adopt one. I have 3 waiting in line to be adopted by me, not my choice again, they have #selfadopted themselves Buddy & Lucy. I have tried to get them adopted, but they choose to live in harsh conditions & rather be with me. So where & how-do you stop. with so much love in their eyes. I pray forgiveness for ones I did not & cannot pick up in need. Only can do thing in my means. 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️❤️ #tuesday #wed morning beach

L A D Y O F C H O C O L A T E is doing at least 80% better. She is not the same dog I found, trembling and in excruciating pain. . . . After getting her on a solid diet, glucosamine and massages throughout the day she no longer cries out in pain just to stand up, her tail wags with excitement for her food, squeaky toys and when she sees me coming. . . . I’ve been around animals my entire life and this dog is a PERFECT emotional companion dog. She has the most amazing, sweet, vulnerable personality. She’s so endearing . . . If you are interested in adopting her, please inbox me. Unfortunately, she would do best if you do not have children or an extremely busy schedule. She’s housebroken, dewormed and no fleas. We guesstimate she’s about 5 years old. . . . Hip dysplasia is a serious ailment in our four-legged friends, and requires much consideration and attention. She’s worth it 🙏⚡️ . . .
