This is how I make super crispy Hot Honey Garlic Fried Chicken at home with a spicy + sweet glaze and a fresh garlic & lemon ranch to dip the chicken in. The glaze is upgraded with chili crisp to take this chicken to another level 🚀 👉 Full detailed recipes in bio 🔗 — Marinade (overnight / 4+ hrs): Buttermilk, egg, pickle juice, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, pepper, mustard powder, MSG. Marinate thighs + drumsticks. Garlic Lemon Ranch: Mayo, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice + zest, honey, garlic, dill, chives, onion powder, S&P. Mix and chill in the fridge. FULL RECIPE + VIDEO COMING SOON 🔥 Seasoned Flour: Flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt + same dry seasonings as marinade. Mix 3–4 tbsp marinade into flour for craggly bits. Double Dredge: Marinade → flour (press & squeeze) → marinade → flour (press & squeeze). Fry: 350°F oil, fry until golden brown + CWISPY & 165°F internal. Drumsticks: ~10–12 min. Thighs: ~6–8 min. Hot Honey Garlic Glaze: Butter, garlic, honey, chili crisp, soy sauce. Simmer on low until glossy → turn off heat → add rice vinegar or lemon juice. Finish: Toss chicken in glaze until fully coated. Spoon extra chili crisp + glaze over the top. Garnish: Sesame seeds, chives (or green onions), extra chili crisp or Thai chilies.
