À 15 ans, j’ai appris à lever un sourcil. Pas pour la beauté, plus pour le style, pour envoyer un message. Un regard un peu plus dur, un peu plus fermé (petit mécanisme de protection) : 👉 pour qu’on ne m’approche pas 👉 pour tenir une distance sans parler Ce qui en dit long sur mon sentiment de sécurité à l’époque… Je l’ai répété sans m’en rendre compte pendant des années. Que ce soit sur mes photos, quand quelque chose m’énervait, quand je réagissais. Toujours le même côté 👉 Toujours le même mouvement. Et à force, c’est devenu un réflexe musculaire. 20 ans plus tard, mon visage s’en souvient encore. Alors aujourd’hui, je ne cherche pas à figer ni à effacer mes expressions mais à retrouver de l’équilibre. Parce qu’un réflexe comme ça, eh bien ça crée des tensions, de l’inconfort, ça peut créer des asymétries et du coup se répercuter sur l’ensemble du corps. Oui, un réflexe comme ça peut même te donner des douleurs dans le dos. Logique, quand tu comprends que ton visage est composé d’un ensemble de muscles qui travaillent en synergie… Sur l’aspect esthétique ça peut aussi marquer le visage, que tu sois gênée ou non par cela (ça, c’est toi que ça regarde et c’est ok 🙏🫶). Alors non, la rééducation du visage ce n’est pas enlever des expressions. Bien heureusement. Ce n’est pas vivre en contrôle permanent. Non plus 😅 C’est un travail en pleine conscience, qui te permet de te reconnecter à toi et tes besoins. Parce qu’un muscle, lié à ton système nerveux, quand il est toujours sollicité, ne laisse plus de place au relâchement. Oui Madame, lever un sourcil en permanence ça peut stresser ton corps tout entier… 😬 Et c’est là que le déséquilibre s’installe. 🫶 Si ça te parle, tu n’es pas seule 👉 Et si tu veux comprendre ce dont ton visage a vraiment besoin, on peut le faire ensemble. #front #visage #faceyoga #stress #beauté
