Video Day 3 of 30 Today I want to talk about structured water—and why it’s so good for us. Structured water is coherent water—alive, organized, and vibrating in harmony. Unlike most tap water, which is often chaotic and flattened, coherent water has memory, resonance, and intelligence. When water is structured, it holds energy differently. It communicates with our cells more efficiently and nourishes us on a deeper level. It becomes a carrier of intention—a co-creator in healing. This idea is supported by emerging research from multiple sources: Dr. Gerald Pollack describes what he calls the Fourth Phase of Water—a structured, gel-like form of water that appears in nature and even inside our own cells, with unique energetic and storage properties. Dr. Masaru Emoto (he worked with the inventor of the machine I use) explored how water responds to energy, thought, and emotion—forming beautiful crystalline structures when exposed to loving words or prayers, and disordered patterns when exposed to negativity.
