How to compete at a D1 school in track / how to get recognized! 1) Have the times and marks to get a scholarship by your junior year(don’t worry if you don’t there are other ways this is the easiest) 2)Have the grades and SAT/ACT scores needed to get into that university 3)Look at the walk on marks 4) email the coaches your times, grades, video of you competing. Be professional and polite. Emails can be found on the universities website under the roster beside the coaches. Email the head coach and coach in the area you want to compete!
