Bulgarian split squats ❌ Two common mistakes I see are the front knee pulling back and the back quad lengthening too much due to too long of a range of motion. “Deeper” is not always better and in this case, you get more quads and adductors doing so. So if your goal is glutes, you are going to want to get the right stance (use the trick shown in the video) and shorten your range of motion. You should come down until your legs are at about 90 degrees. If your back knee is pulling back and you’re feeling a lot of your back quad, you’re coming down too far. Be sure to lean as well to maximize hip flexion 😃

第一次叫大家「一定不要」參加這個Tour😱 克羅埃西亞實在是近期熱門的渡假勝地,尤其在歐美人眼中更是黃金首選之一🙌🏻 這次的Tour一樣是從Get your guide官網上面預訂👉🏻排行榜第一、評分最高的Split藍洞+5島跳島一日遊 去之前就有耳聞說要挑選一下船型(有些有屋頂、有些沒屋頂)但其實我不介意有沒有屋頂,就沒特別再做功課⋯ 結果⋯價值五千元的行程,船居然是「橡皮艇」讓我有點無法接受啊!橡皮艇很輕、飆起來超快放、整個人都要飛起來了啊!! 衝刺個20分鐘我還可以接受~但一整天的旅程都是這樣(總計在船上時間至少3小時),實在太折磨人了啊⋯整個旅程都無法放鬆啊! 而且座位中間有一條橫桿,需要跨坐、也無法變換姿勢,坐得很不舒服⋯⋯另外,我看前面的中年阿姨實在是要瘋了,她抓超緊,上船時還跟我們說她要崩潰了🤣 雖然船隻本身我覺得不推薦,但必須要說船長跟導遊真的超級用心又給力💗一早飆超快就為了讓我們第一組進藍洞(就不用排隊等幾個小時)即使藍洞沒開還是帶我們去看看洞口,真的很有幫助🤣有了卻遺憾的感覺! 傍晚回程的途中,也是一直海上的狀況!ㄧ看到海豚🐬就停船,大家一直東張西望找海豚5分鐘(這時候他們應該壓力山大,停了又沒看到大家更失望哈哈哈) 實在感謝他們積極想要給大家留下美好回憶的用心🥰 經過這次旅程後,我有一些心得,下面留言「海豚」就分享:如果下一次我再去一次的話,我會怎麼玩!! #黛拉環歐中 #克羅埃西亞 #歐洲旅行 #歐洲旅遊 #環歐

However overall upper body is just fine (I have tons of workouts on my page) DAY 3: LOWER BODY🍑- incorporate both legs and glutei in this, tons of workouts on my page too DAY 4: 🏃♀️this day can be your preference for me it would be cardio and abs or a run however if you wanna hit another upper body or full body, go for it That’s it, 4 days is still incredible for making progress📈, you don’t need this never ending long training split that’s going to exhaust all your energy! 👉🏼On the remaining days focus on light activity like getting outside for a walk but nothing too crazy 😜 You got this💞!
