The Battle Hymn of the Republic — a marching hymn of the Union Army during the American Civil War All My Trials — a Bahamian lullaby related to African American spirituals and widely used by folk music revivalists This was my time on the show and sight-reading, so didn’t know this beautiful moment was coming up. It was a quick change from tenor to the flute, adjust mic, all within a couple of bars. Then quickly back to tenor for the showstopping Battle Hymn finish.
