🔥Grip Strength🔥 Here are 3 reasons why you should improve your grip strength: 1. You’ll be stronger at everything Deadlifts, pull-ups, carries, climbing, even opening stubborn jars. Your grip is the bottleneck—fix it and the rest of your strength actually shows up. 2. Injury prevention + healthier joints Stronger hands and forearms stabilize your wrists, elbows, and shoulders. That means fewer tweaks, less ache, and more resilience long-term. 3. Real-life usefulness (and quiet flex energy) Carrying heavy bags, holding onto things longer, better control in sports—and yes, the handshake confidence boost is real. Grip strength is correlated with lifespan Not to be confused with strongest grip = living the longest 🤣 But it's decent indicator of your strength especially in upper body. And usually people who have strength live longer and healthier lives. I prefer training grip directly for the most part these days I think early on if you lift weights First 1-2 years don’t use straps much at all Then slowly increase use over time and do separate grip work. The good thing is you can superset grip in with stuff as it's pretty low cardiovascular demand and doesn't interfere much 🫡 Hope you had a good week and a sprinkle of exercise 💪🏻
