For many of us on day one itโs something we recognise! Like a treadmill or bike ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ Third, get yourself a plan. This one is important because itโs going to reduce anxiety about not knowing what to do and improve your sense of achievement when youโre done ๐๐ผ Fourth, if youโre a little nervous, get yourself some headphones and pump some uplifting music that always makes you feel your best.
