Avoid stretching too much—it can make things worse! ✅ Phase 2 (Week 1-2) – Keep fitness up with low-impact work (biking, swimming, upper-body lifting) 🚴‍♂️💪. Start gentle hamstring activation (glute bridges, isometrics). ✅ Phase 3 (Week 2+) – Strengthen & rebuild!
