Recipe😍➡️Haleem/harees[ beef] Wheat -1cup Masoor dal-1/4 cup Chana dal-1/4 cup Urad dal-1/4 cup Moong dal-1/4 cup Basmathi/kaima-1/4 cup Oats or barley -1/4 cup is optional [ to get more thickness] *soak this for 2 -3 hrs or overnight. Cardamom-3 Cinnamon-1 piece Cloves-3 Cumin-1 teaspoon Pepper -1 teaspoon Onion-2 big sliced Chilly -3 Gingergarlic crushed_1 tabspn Beef- 300 gms Turmeric-1 teaspoon Coriander-2 tabspoon Chilly powder-1 teaspoon Pepper-1 teaspoon Salt _ as needed Fried onion _3 big *heat oil in a cooker add the spices onion ,spice powders, a portion of fried onion , beef and enough water cook until its tender. * once its done ,remove the beef pieces . * add the soaked grains and enough water 4_5 glasses. * cook well * mash [ if you want u can use hand blender to make it more creamy ] * serve with fried onions, chilly and lemon * pour the oil on top of fried onions.
