The difference between a good career coach and a great one is in what they track. Most coaches track: Followers Impressions Leads Sales calls And that makes sense. That’s what drives revenue. But almost no one tracks client success with the same level of detail. And that’s the gap. Because when you start tracking client success, you stop guessing. You start seeing patterns. And once you see patterns, you can actually improve results. Example: If you notice clients lose momentum around week 3… You don’t wait. You step in and add support. You fix the problem before it affects outcomes. That’s what great coaches do differently. They don’t just track growth, they track what creates it.
