Ingredients: 150g Flavorite Sugar Plum Tomatoes (pick these up at your local greengrocer) 2 pre cooked mini beetroot 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup strawberries (you can use frozen berries) 1/3 cup water 3 tablespoons gelatin powder a good squeeze of honey blend all of the fruits and veggies together until smooth. Pour into a pot and bring to a simmer on the stove. Once simmering, turn the heat OFF and add the gelatin. Mix well to avoid any lumps. Strain through a fine sieve and pour into silicone moulds.
