Planning activities at the last minute means less availability and Choice. And on top of that people have less time to save money for the weekend. ✅ rather than asking the whole group what availability they have in their calendar. Do this instead ensure that the date suits the bride, the bridesmaids and the close family and let the other members of the party slot in. Again, choosing a date far in advance will always make this easier. You’ll never pick one date that will suit the whole group. ✅ choosing a large house which accommodates 28 and then finding out months later that you now only have 18 People is a logistical & budget nightmare. The only sure way to know of your true numbers is asking for a deposit from each of your guest to show their commitment. Only then should you start looking for a house suitable in size. We always recommend asking for that deposit right from the first part of the planning. Surprisingly, guest will often say yes to a hen party when they have no intention of attending. I absolutely understand that some people have their reasons for not wanting to attend, they often feel pressured into accepting, and then later will just drop out, leaving the rest of the group out of pocket.
