✨Rainy Day Roses!✨ You guys, these roses are so beautiful!! Nature is amazing! 😍 I took these photos (and many, many more!) on one rainy day in April. On the same day I filmed the video in the post directly below this one! I love the way these photos came out, so much (which is saying a lot, because I’m usually v. critical of my work)! I’m obsessed. The colors are perfect, and the sparkling rain drops on the petals are incredible (zoom in to see more). 🌹 Funnily enough, I hadn’t worked on these photos in months, and didn’t realize how stunning they were, due to having to re-file/name/link and sort 2.6 TB in photo and Photoshop files after an epic external hard drive mishap this summer. Yes, 2.6 terabytes. Long story. 💥 But what’s funny is, several weeks ago I got the Covid for the FIRST TIME (it was a wild ride), and used those days stuck on the couch to finish MANY hours of file work, and get back to editing. And then I returned to this April day. So from that intense fatigue/brain fog/rollercoaster ickies/cranky time, I completely fell in love — with these roses. 😭 They literally take my breath away. I think these are some of the most beautiful photos I have ever taken, and I’m excited to see what I can do with them!! Prepare yourself for more 🌹🥰😘 P.S. As I’m writing this, it started surprise raining — rain was not in the forecast today — and intense thundering. 🤭
