I am pro-informed consent. 🙌I am not indoctrinated into any camp. Some people want to bury their head in the sand when new data show concerns regarding vaccines💉. Some will jump all-in claiming new data show they are all bad. But what if we simply analyzed what we can and make informed decisions? #informedconsent #vaccine #pharmacy

Consent forms can cause confusion or downright uninformed consent! Don’t let paperwork be your voice! Did you know that vaccinations are on hospital order sets? If you don’t specifically opt out, they could administer vaccines because they are standard of care. My son had a minor procedure when he was 6 months old and the consent form for the procedure specifically said all vaccines would be given. Excuse me?!?! 🤯😡😤 The procedure had nothing to do with infectious disease or vaccines. Why would this even come up at all? Because they want to vaccinate your kids! Again, if you want all vaccines, fine. But if you don’t, you better pay close attention to what you sign! Not medical advice. You’ve got to be kidding… so we’re just supposed to ignore this and pretend it’s totally normal? People aren’t “crazy” for asking questions when they come across things that don’t make sense. Informed consent only exists when people are actually informed — not shamed, silenced, or told to blindly trust without digging deeper for themselves. We don’t know what we don’t know. It shouldn’t be assumed that a professional school covered every aspect of vaccines. If this was taught none of it was emphasized. What was emphasized was that vaccines save lives, they’re safe and effective, adjuvants are used to increase immune response, when live vaccines should be avoided, and refer to the CDC schedule…nothing else mattered. For something given to everyone with highest amounts given to our most vulnerable populations and often mandatory, would think we would have numerous hours reviewing vaccine studies, ingredient safety studies, studies of vaccines given together and spacing, infant system development, CYP enzyme development, and genetic susceptibilities but instead don’t question and just do. Shouldn’t we all be questioning why? We can do better. We need to do better and it starts with truth and transparency. Not advice, just transparency. 🚨 HOW HOSPITALS NUDGE YOU INTO SHOTS WITHOUT A REAL CONVERSATION ⚠️ Most people don’t realize how often vaccinations are presented as default steps, not decisions. But it’s about health right… Dr Paul Thomas actually wrote a paper on this further breaking down the losses that come from allowing informed consent. It’s not so much as making money on then💉 themselves, but the visit, the admin fee, the other associated fees, the benchmarks hit, the accompanying bonuses…you get the picture So yes while they may believe the 💉 work, it’s in their best interest NOT to ask questions they really don’t want the answers to. We were kicked out by our first pediatrician 🥴 but hey, well visits are option anyway 😉
