The Promaxima chest supported row I recently started using this machine and it has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of equipment at @amf_indy It’s an older machine, but it targets the back very well! (I typically find older machines feel better, however there are some exceptions) You can hit different areas of the back depending on your setup with this machine! Du aner ikke hvor god denne eplekaken er – jeg tror det er den beste eplekaka jeg har smakt noen gang🤤og den tar ikke lang tid å lage😍 Lag denne i helgen og takk meg senere🤝 Saftig, myk og med en karamellisert topp som smaker av høst. Dette er klassisk eplekake på sitt beste – enkel, ekte og garantert vellykket 💛 👉 Oppskrift – eplekake: • 170 g smør (romtemperert) • 3 egg • 1 ss vaniljesukker • 150 g sukker • 170 g yoghurt naturell • 280 g hvetemel • 2 ts bakepulver • ca. 1,5 kg hele epler • sukker og kanel til toppen Slik gjør du: Rør smør, egg og sukker hvitt. Rør inn resten. Bland de tynt skivede eplene med røren og hell i en smurt 24cm form. Dryss rikelig med sukker og kanel på toppen, og stek på 180 °C varmluft i ca. 40–45 min. Hvis den ikke er helt ferdig – legg på folie og stek 10 minutter ekstra. 💡 Tips: Stek til kaka ikke etterlater seg noe deig på kniven. Evt 94° i kjernetemperatur hvis du bruker steketermometer. Epler Elite client @owings_96 and I have been working together since June 2023, and now he has a completely different physique! Naturally a hard gainer and started out he was curious about coaching and what it took, so he got to eating food and changing his habits and routines. Been a process and to see him now you’d never know this was where he started! Blows my mind! He even has his sights set on competing now, something he’d never thought was possible before!
