So apparently Instagram is messing with our numbers. You probably noticed that we are all loosing more followers at the moment than usual?! Turns out the more interesting part is actually that we are also loosing the people we follow! Watching that number I noticed it was displayed smaller occasionally indicating a change, but I had neither unfollowed nor follwed anybody. I thought it was a glitch, but then I saw that my number of people got lower as well (not just the followers number). I had a program check that and saw that I had "unfollowed" all kinds of accounts I was sure I would definitely NOT unfollow... close friends, people I interacted with a lot as well as big accounts that I just love. The interesting part was that this started happening when I decided to cut down on my online time. As soon as I started being online less often the numbers dropped a lot! They say it's a "glitch", but I think they wanted to keep us continue to be engaged. 😤
