The image you screenshot shows a typical study session. You have many subjects in one semester so you block your time by subjects. Subject A, subject B, subject C. If you study one subject for 3 or 4 hours, you are more likely to lose concentration the last half an hour or an hour. So when you study subject A for one hour and then move on to subject B for another hour you are fully concentrated for 2hours straight because you shift your concentration to a new concept.
