One of the simplest energy healing practices I e found for shifting big feelings (especially anxiety) is this one🤍 Simply sit and cross one ankle over the other (doesn’t matter which.) Then place one wrist on top of the other and interlace your fingers… you will have to twist your hands a bit. Then drop your hands into your lap or flip up like I did and just breathe. Let any feeling or though surface and don’t run from them. Just breathe and let them be felt. Hold until the feelings have moved or eased up. Unwind your hands and feet and make a pyramid with your fingers then look down for 10 seconds to “lock” this new feeling into your emotional body. Shifting these things hasn’t just made my work more powerful and aligned — it’s made my life better too. 1. I don’t try to fix anyone Healing isn’t about “fixing” — it’s about remembering. You’re not broken. You don’t need saving. You just need to feel safe enough to return to your own power. 2. I don’t abandon myself to hold space for others Boundaries are healing. My energy matters just as much as the people I serve — and I’m a better guide when I honour both. 3. I don’t pretend to have it all together I’m not here to be perfect. I’m here to be real. Healers are human too. The magic lives in our integrity, not our image. 4. I don’t bypass the body Energy healing isn’t just floaty and woo — it’s deeply embodied. I work with the nervous system, intuition, emotion, and sensation. The body is the portal. 5. I don’t separate healing from living Healing is sacred, yes. But it’s not a job. It’s not your identity. It’s the foundation for joy, expression, connection, and thriving. This is the way I walk now — and the way I guide others. From healing into thriving. From fear into freedom.
