Being in touch with your intuition is IMPORTANT. Almost all of the highly successful people I’ve met in business are very in tune with their intuition. Some call it the universe (my wife), some call it their “gut”, some call it a “hunch”. That said, our intuitions are under attack like never before. We are bombarded with podcasts, news, interviews, advertisements, emails and social media captions…telling us what to think. That said, there are specific things you can do to strengthen intuition: Go on a technology fast. Ask yourself lots of questions. Schedule time to think Meditate And most importantly, SPEND TIME ALONE. it’s way underrated. I’m not saying you have to sit on top of a mountain for a month looking at the stars, I’m saying spend some time often with zero inputs. For me that is running… I never run with headphones. This is my thinking time and when I work through problems and ideas in my head. For my wife it is sitting in the car. If you haven’t done this… go on a 1 hour walk, run, or hike and don’t touch your phone and don’t play music and see what comes up. #InTune

Sensitivity (in terms of being in tune with what’s going on in and around your world) is an absolute superpower. Sensitivity in terms of not being able to handle the slightest bit of discomfort however, is a massive weakness. Know the difference. 👁 #sensitive #awareness #mindfulness #intune
