This is my favorite nighttime phone hack if you don’t want to look at a bright screen with lots of blue light at night… 🌙 Once the sun has set I put my phone into this more mellow, very low blue light mode… I find it less harsh on my eyes and less activating as I am trying to wind down for the night… 😴 I’ll do a reel on my whole nighttime routine, but I usually go to sleep around 8:30 or 9:00pm… That might sound early until I tell you I get up at 5am every morning to so surf! 🏄♂️ Here’s how to get this option your iPhone (android?
