⚠️ Clique aqui e leia a legenda! 🔵 Se no seu CNIS aparece o indicador IREC-LC123, isso significa que aquela contribuição foi feita no plano simplificado do INSS. Esse indicador costuma aparecer para quem contribui com alíquotas reduzidas, como: ➡ facultativo 5% ou 11% ➡ contribuinte individual 11% ➡ pagamento do DAS do MEI 🔴 O problema é que essas contribuições têm uma limitação importante. Quando o pagamento é feito no plano simplificado, ele normalmente só dá direito à aposentadoria por idade. Ou seja, essas contribuições não permitem utilizar outras regras de aposentadoria, como pontos, idade mínima progressiva ou pedágios. 👉 Por isso aparece o indicador IREC-LC123 no CNIS, justamente para sinalizar essa limitação. 📌 Existe uma solução em alguns casos: É possível fazer a complementação dessas contribuições para transformar o recolhimento em plano completo. Isso normalmente acontece com: ➡ complemento de 9% para quem pagou 11% ➡ complemento de 15% no caso do MEI Após a complementação, aquele período pode passar a contar para as demais regras de aposentadoria. ⚠️ Mas atenção: Nem sempre vale a pena complementar. Dependendo do valor, do tempo que falta para aposentar e da regra utilizada, essa complementação pode custar caro e não trazer vantagem real. 💡 Por isso é importante analisar o histórico contributivo antes de tomar qualquer decisão.
