Document the before/after time saved with actual numbers. 2️⃣ AI Chatbot Delivery (RAG-based) Project-manage the end-to-end delivery of a RAG chatbot for a specific domain (HR, customer support, internal docs). Write the PRD, manage the sprint, and write the post-launch retrospective. 3️⃣ AI Risk & Monitoring Framework Build a delivery framework for how you'd monitor an AI system post-launch, latency, quality degradation, hallucination rates, escalation triggers.
