Two weeks ago I dropped the Jarvis demo. AI built it. I took the credit. You loved it. So here’s the code. 🤖 The full Jarvis codebase is live and free inside my new Skool community “Just Build It” before it’s open sourced on GitHub in a couple weeks. Both Mac and Windows versions included. The only API keys you need is one for Anthropic (Claude) and one for ElevenLabs (for Jarvis’s voice). I won’t lie, the ElevenLabs tokens add up so I also built a fallback if you’d rather not pay for ElevenLabs or run out of credits on their free plan. “Just Build It” is where I drop AI builds, free downloads and teach you how to make them yourself. Fase 2 activa: control total del sistema operativo desde voz, completamente funcional ✅️ Stack de esta fase: → pycaw (Windows Core Audio API) para volumen — sin intermediarios, directo al driver de audio. → ctypes + Virtual Key codes de Windows para media — sin dependencias extra, las mismas señales que tu teclado físico. → Tesseract OCR + Pillow + pyautogui para leer la pantalla — JARVIS puede ver lo que vos ves. → Spotify Web API + OAuth 2.0 para control de música real, no simulado. → Arquitectura de sub-agentes: ResearchAgent, SystemAgent y un Orchestrator que decide a quién delegar cada tarea. ¿Por qué esta fase importa? Porque un asistente que solo habla no sirve. JARVIS necesita actuar: subir el volumen, cambiar la canción, leer lo que hay en pantalla, abrir apps. Sin control real del sistema, es un chatbot disfrazado. Cada tool tiene una interfaz estándar (run(input) → str) para que Gemini pueda llamarlas como funciones nativas.
