Nologaten Gg Kemiri No.144, Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta Hari ini aku nyeduh Arabica Gayo Apple Cider dari @Space Roastery ☕✨.Seduhannya aku pakai metode pour over dengan alat V60. Resep seduh yang aku pakai: Beans : Gayo Apple Cider Varietas : Arabica Gayo Roastery : Space Roastery Grind : Medium to fine (ternyata hasilnya terlalu fine 🤣) Pour : 3 x (30 bloom x 100 x 40) ml Tambah bypass 30 ml Total 200 ml Total waktu seduh 2:30 second ⏱️ Bypass aku pakai untuk menurunkan body yang terlalu pekat akibat grind terlalu fine, supaya rasa yang keluar lebih seimbang dan clean. Sebelum nyeduh sempat lupa untuk ngeset grind sizenya jadi Santi nggak sengaja nge-grinder beansnyaa kehalusan 🥲😆 Hasilnya di aku ini malic (general), sweet, dan fruity 🍏. Bodynya silky karena pouring-nya tidak banyak dan ada proses bypass. Aku masih belajar, jadi kalau kalian punya insight soal resep seduh, yuk kita diskusi bareng di kolom komentar 💬.
