JEE mains require some sacrifices to be made, especially if you want to score 99+%ile and get into your dream IIT. 1. Friends- talking to your friends too much or asking them about their preparation can be demotivating. Focus on your own goals. 2. Leisure time- relaxation and hobbies will have to take a backseat now. 3. Social life- wedding functions, birthdays, parties will have to be sacrificed. Your priority is to get a good percentile, remember. 4. Comfort zone- Ask your doubts, don't be shy in the class, seek help from teachers, step out of the comfort zone and solve more problems. 5. Immediate gratification - you are used to seeing 80-90 marks but now that might not happen. But be consistent, you will get there. Follow for more. . . . STOP ❌ this right now 👇🏻 1.Watching study YouTube videos instead of actually studying Feels productive but does NOTHING for your exam. 2.Rewriting notes again and again It looks neat… but your brain isn’t learning anything new. 3.Highlighting everything in the book This is fake productivity. Highlighting ≠ understanding. 4.Trying to study with your phone beside you Even if you don’t touch it, your brain is expecting notifications → reduced focus. 5.Studying in bed Your brain associates bed with sleep → you lose concentration. 6.Multitasking (music, snacks, chatting, studying) You actually switch tasks rapidly → lower retention and more mistakes. 7.Starting with easy topics to “feel good” You avoid the difficult material until it’s too late. 8.Leaving revision for the last week Even smart students forget everything without spaced revision. 9.Social media between study breaks 5 minutes becomes 30 minutes and kills your momentum. 10.Copying homework without understanding it You fool your teacher—and yourself. Exam day will expose you. . . . . . .. @upscwithira . . . . . . . . . . #upsc #trendingreels #studyroutine #studytips #fypppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp timemanagementtips tips strategy explore explorepage studygram reelitfeelit viral viralvideos New year, 2026, studyplan, exam, plan

6 NO NONSENSE STUDY HABITS that actually work ⬇️ I scored 99.4 % in class 10 boards ICSE 🏆, 98.5% in class 12 boards ISC and got an AIIMS in my first attempt (UR) 🩺 by following these : 1️⃣ Decide tomorrow’s plan the night before 📝🌙 Sleep with clarity. Knowing exactly what you’ll study the next day prevents wasted time and overthinking. 2️⃣ Pruning before memorizing ✂️📚 First pass: read once or watch the lecture. Second pass: start memorizing. Understand what to study before trying to remember everything. 3️⃣ Read 2 pages → close book → recall 🧠🔁 After every 2 pages, shut the book and recall what you remember. Active recall fixes concepts far better than rereading. 4️⃣ Use spaced repetition ⏳🔂 Revise today → after 2–3 days → after 7 days → monthly. This spacing strengthens long-term memory. 5️⃣ Target-based study, not hour-based 🎯⏰ Class 12 example: Instead of “I’ll study Physics for 3 hours”, say “I’ll finish Ray Optics numericals + revise formulas today.” You'll end completing your target way sooner than you'd expect! 6️⃣ Check pinned comment 📍⤴️ (my personal favourite) (AIIMS, neet, medico, study tips, productivity, topper, study habits, icse, isc, neet pg, inicet, class 10, cbse, class 12, board exam) How many of these do you already follow? 🧠🤓 #aiims #studyhabits #productivity #class10 #neetug

Okay first… I didn’t suddenly become a topper overnight 😌 I was just tired of staring at the same book for 3 hours and still feeling guilty. So I changed the way I study. Instead of reading everything line by line like a “perfect student” 🥲 I started reading like a “smart student” 🧠✨ I gave each chapter 10 minutes ⏱️ Timer on. Phone away. Airplane mode. No excuses. 🚫📱 In those 10 minutes I only: Read headings 📝 Understood the main idea 💡 Checked diagrams & flowcharts 📊 Noticed important terms ⭐ Looked at PYQs 👀 That’s it. No over-highlighting 🎨 No re-reading the same line 5 times 😭 No trying to be perfect. After 10 minutes, I closed the book and asked myself: “Okay… what was this chapter actually about?” 🤔 If I could explain it in simple words — done ✅ If not — 2-minute quick revision 🔁 And then I moved on. Here’s the honest truth 💭 You can’t memorize 5 chapters in one hour. But you can: ✔ Remove the fear ✔ Understand the basics ✔ Build a strong base for revision And sometimes… that’s the real win 🥹✨ Because once fear is gone, studying feels lighter. And lighter study = consistent study 💛📚 #StudyTips #motivation #consistentcy #explore #fyp

Let’s be honest, romantic desks, pastel highlighters, and 5A
1,933,113

Let’s be honest, romantic desks, pastel highlighters, and 5AM miracle routines aren’t fixing your grades. Here’s what actually works (and nobody posts because it’s not aesthetic): 1️⃣ Study in ugly places Your brain forms stronger memory cues when it’s not fully relaxed. When you study on your bed or in a cozy setup, your brain associates the space with rest → not recall. A slightly uncomfortable chair, library desk, or quiet corner keeps your brain alert, which improves focus and retention. Aesthetic ≠ effective. 2️⃣ Start with the hardest topic first Most students waste peak brain energy on easy chapters “to build confidence.” That’s a trap. Your focus is highest at the beginning of a study session, use it for the topic you avoid the most. By the time your energy dips, even small wins feel doable. Hard-first = faster syllabus completion. 3️⃣ Write bad notes on purpose Rewriting textbooks neatly is passive studying. Messy notes mean your brain is processing, not copying. When you struggle to frame points in your own words, your brain builds neural connections. If your notes look ugly but make sense to you, they’re gold. 4️⃣ Teach a wall (or yourself) out loud Silent reading gives false confidence. Explaining out loud forces your brain to retrieve information without help. If you freeze or overcomplicate, that’s the exact gap you need to fix. Teaching exposes weak spots faster than rereading ever will. 5️⃣ Stop studying when you’re still focused This sounds wrong but it’s powerful. Stopping only when you’re exhausted trains your brain to associate studying with burnout. Stopping while focused creates anticipation, so the next session feels easier to start. You’re training consistency, not suffering. Studying isn’t supposed to feel cute. It’s supposed to feel effective. Save this. Because discipline beats aesthetics every single time. Study LESS, learn MORE. It’s not about cramming for hours—it’s about how you study. Here’s how to maximize your learning with less time: 🧠 Active Recall – Stop rereading. Quiz yourself instead. The more you struggle to remember, the stronger the memory gets. ✍️ Scribble Method – Use your non-dominant hand to doodle messy scribbles while studying. It keeps your brain engaged and improves retention. 📢 Feynman Technique – If you can’t teach it simply, you don’t understand it. Break it down as if you’re explaining it to a child. 💻 Second Brain – Organize your notes digitally so you can quickly find, review, and connect key concepts. It’s not about how long you study—it’s about how efficiently you learn.
