Who else loves the classic jello cool whip pie? I added some Greek yogurt to have a bit of protein. It takes 4 hours to set in the fridge but I put it in the freezer for two hours because I couldn’t wait. That’s why it looks sort of frozen. Totally satisfying comfort food though. Fresh strawberries and glossy strawberry gelatin set up beautifully in the fridge for a simple, crowd-pleasing pie. ‍ INGREDIENTS ‍ 1 cup cold water 1 cup sugar 3 tablespoons corn starch 1 (3 ounce) box strawberry gelatin 1 graham cracker pie crust 1 pound fresh strawberries, quartered (about 2 cups) Whipped cream topping, optional ‍ DIRECTIONS ‍ In a small saucepan, whisk together the water, sugar, and corn starch until fully dissolved. ‍ Place over medium to medium-high heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. ‍ Once boiling, remove from the heat and whisk in the strawberry gelatin until completely dissolved. Did jelly pie recipe only requires 4 ingredients I made it choosing to @pucklebanon whipping cream. ingredients: One pack of jello the flavor of your choice I used the strawberry. Half a cup of boiling water 250 mL of Puck whipping cream For the top: 150 mL of whipping cream 1 teaspoon of sugar Directions: Start my melting, the Jello in the boiling water. Add the whipping cream and mix until combine Pour in the pan and refrigerate for two hours or a half an hour in the freezer. Then whipp the cream for the top with the sugar until thick and pour it on top of the Jello base. If you want the cream to stay smooth, refrigerate or you can like me put it in the freezer to have a cold treat perfect for hot days. Enjoy! #jelly #bars #nobake #dessert #easyrecipe

Strawberry Pie! 🍓🥧 Prebaked pie crusts with a strawberry jello filling and topped with whipped cream. Yum, yum, yum! Can’t think of a more delicious way to kick off summer break. 🤩 Taste of Summer Strawberry Pie Ingredients: 1 pre-baked 9” pie crust  3 cups sliced strawberries 2 1/2 cups water 1 cup sugar 3 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 – 3 oz. box strawberry jello Directions: In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together water, sugar, and cornstarch until dissolved. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.  Turn off heat and whisk in strawberry jello until completely dissolved. Add strawberries and stir. Pour filling into pre-baked pie crust. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set.  Serve when set and chilled!
