Cloudy Jello Cake!💙☁️✨ I made this easy and beautiful jello cake with floating clouds!☁️ using @naturescharm Coconut whipping cream!🤍🥥 So good and so pretty!! Do try and enjoy lovesss🫶🏼 Ingredients:💌 Cloud Jello:☁️ >Water - 1/2 cup >Sugar- 1/4 cup >Agar agar powder- 1 teaspoon > @naturescharm Coconut whipping cream- 1/2 Cup Blue jello:💙 >Water- 3 cups >Sugar- 1/2 cup >Agar Agar powder- 3 teaspoons > Butterfly pea tea powder/ Blue food color For clouds☁️: 1. In a pan, Add water, sugar and agar agar powder. 2. Mix and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat until the sugar and agar agar powder dissolves. 3. Strain the mixture and add the coconut whipping cream. Mix & transfer to the cloud mould. 4. Let it cool and refrigerate until set. For the sky:🩵 5. In a pan, Add water, sugar and Agar agar powder. 6. Mix and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Mix 1/8 teaspoon butterfly pea tea powder with a tablespoon of water. Add it to the agar agar mixture. Mix until combined. 7. Place half of the cloud jellos in a round pan and transfer half of the blue jello mixture as shown in the video. 8. Freeze for 2-5 minutes until it sets. 9. Place rest of the cloud jellos on top and transfer the blue jello mixture on top. 11. Refrigerate until set. 12. Unmould and Enjoy!!🩵☁️✨

🌸TERRAZZO CHEESECAKE 🌸 Here’s the English translation 🥰 HOW TO DO IT: You need to start by making colorful jelly (the ones you buy at the store here weighs 125 g), preferably the night before. It needs to set properly before being added to the cream cheese filling JELLY FOR THE FILLING: 1/2 pack of kiwi jelly 1/2 pack of raspberry jelly 1/2 pack of lemon jelly 1/2 pack of blueberry jelly (Or 2 whole packs of two of the colors if you don’t want to be left with 4 half packs 😂🙈) Prepare the jelly as instructed on the package. We let the jelly set in 4 different loaf pans. CREAM CHEESE FILLING : 6 sheets of gelatin 300 g sour cream, not low-fat 200 g cream cheese 300 ml heavy cream 100 g sugar 100 ml pineapple juice (or orange juice) Juice of 1/2 lemon (to taste) CRUST: 200 g Digestive biscuits 75 g butter 1 tbsp brown sugar Start by soaking the gelatin sheets in plenty of cold water. Put the pineapple juice and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and add the gelatin sheets. Stir well until the gelatin is completely melted. Cool to room temperature. It is important not to add in the gelatin mixture while it is hot! Next, make the crust. Line the bottom of a springform pan (22-24cm) with baking paper (we also used cake plastic along the edge). Crush the biscuits until they resemble fine sand. Melt the butter, add the brown sugar, and mix it together with the crushed biscuits. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom. Place in the fridge. Chop the jelly into pieces, some a bit larger and some smaller (so that it looks like terrazzo 🥰). Place the jelly back in the fridge. Whip together the sour cream, heavy cream, and cream cheese until fluffy. The mixture will be runny before it thickens. Add the pineapple juice mixture cooled down to room temperature and whisk until combined. Add lemon juice to taste. Gently fold the jelly pieces into the cheese mixture and pour the mixture over your biscuit crust. Set in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Topping: whipped cream and edible flowers

Barbie Pool Cake Hack! 💗🌴 I tried remaking my Barbie Pool Cake using a grocery store cake and this made it so easy! Let me know if you’d like to see a longer breakdown of the process! You’ll need: -grocery store cake -strawberry wafer cookies -blue frosting -blue jello (prepared according to package directions) -barbie doll legs -pink donut -candy canes -sour rope -large drink umbrella (party city) -mini candy canes -chocolate decorations (molds from Joanne’s) Scrape any extra decorations off the cake and place the wafer cookies around the outside. Frost the top of the cake with blue frosting and place into the fridge until firm. Press the Barbie legs into the cake, then pour in the cooled jello. Allow the cake to chill until the jello has set.
