I made a deal with the drippiest guy I know @damihope 🥶 to teach me how to dress and in return I fed him Jollof & Suya Arancini Balls 🇳🇬 🌶️ P.s I still think a Rihanna top with Chinos in 2026 still cool right…rightttttttt 😅🤣 Ingredients: Red Pepper Sauce: * 2 red pepper (roasted) * 1 large red onion (roasted) * whole garlic bulb (roasted) * 1 scotch bonnet (roasted) * 1 tbsp Curry powder * 1 tsp Chicken bouillon * 1 tbsp Paprika * 1 tbsp Oregano * 1 tsp Pepper * 1 Maggi cube * 1 cup Chicken stock * Red onion blitzd * 2 tbsp Tomato puree * 40g cold butter (cubed) * ½ lemon juice * 1 tsp honey (optional) Jollof Arancini: * Cold jollof rice + egg whisked + parmesan (bind) Sirloin steak (trim fat off) * Suya spice * Flour → egg → panko * Fry till golden Coating * 100g plain flour * Spiced Flour Mix * 1 tbsp suya spice * 1 tbsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tbsp smoked paprika * ½ tbsp cayenne (optional) * 1 tsp Salt + pepper * 3 large eggs (beaten) * Pack panko breadcrumbs * Veg oil for frying Chimmichurri: * 1 bunch parsley * Small handful coriander * 2 garlic cloves * 80ml olive oil * Juice ½ lemon * ½ tsp suya spice * ½ scotch bonnet (finely chopped) * Salt * Spring onion greens (garnish) * Grated parmesan (garnish) 👘 @snowbunnyworld 📷 @jaaf.mp4 #Jollof #arancini #nigeria #food #fashion

Jamaican… but my jollof serious 🇯🇲🍚 took my time with this one. save this for later if you’re trying it yourself ↓ JOLLOF RICE (vg) 3 cups golden sella rice 2 red bell peppers 2 red pointed peppers 2 chilli peppers 1 scotch bonnet pepper 3 large tomatoes 2 white onions 1 red onion 1 whole garlic bulb 2 heaped tbsp tomato paste 100ml olive oil 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tbsp dried thyme 2 tsp concentrated vegetable stock 5 bay leaves 2 tsp sea salt 1 tomato for garnishing 1 red onion for garnishing Roast bell peppers, pointed peppers, chilli peppers, scotch bonnet, tomatoes, garlic, red onion and 1 white onion (roughly chopped with olive oil + black pepper) at 200°C for 30–40 minutes. Heat approx 100ml olive oil in a pan. Add chopped white onion + tomato paste. Cook down on medium heat for 15 minutes. Blend roasted vegetables until smooth. Add to pan with thyme, 1 tsp vegetable stock, curry powder, sea salt and bay leaves. Cook 45 minutes with lid slightly open. Wash rice until water runs clear. Add to sauce. Mix 1 tsp stock with ~100ml hot water and pour in (liquid just above rice level). Cover tightly with foil + lid. Cook 20 minutes on medium heat. Add finely chopped red onion + tomato. Cover again and cook 10 more minutes before removing from heat. served with fried plantain #jollof #plantain
