Gymnast presentation: @lasse.kamans 💪🏼 ————————————————————————————— Hey! I’m Lasse Arthur Kamans, 19 years old. I’ve been doing gymnastics for about 7 years now, training with TSR and Turn4U. One of my biggest highlights so far was competing at the (mid) European Championships, it was an incredible experience to be part of. My favorite apparatus is the minitramp, and my favorite pass? Definitely a double layout with 2.5 twist. Dream skill? That’d be a triple tuck 2.5, still chasing it! I don’t really have a favorite element, but if I have to chose probably something like a handstand. Before a pass, I like to fully focus, visualize the jump, and if I’m twisting backwards, I’ll even run through the arm motion to get in the zone. My lucky charm? Caffeine. Lots of it. Fun fact about me? I’ve never broken a bone. (…well, almost never, but we’ll leave that story for another time.) Here’s most of the products/process of how I dye my hair!! 👩🏻‍🦰 My hairstylist uses an Italian brand called Camans/Kamans I believe that can only be bought with a licens but these colors together are very close to my formula. But I could not be bothered to do my own highlights. Also whatever I do will not be salon professional but I think the @lorealparis works quite well! I’ve been using it for a while and my hair stays healthy and soft. Their kits also include shampoo and conditioner that I keep and I never buy shampoo or conditioner now.
