Bien dulce y cremosa pero al mismo tiempo cítrica y refrescante, me caso con una de estas porciones👰‍♀️. 🍰INGREDIENTES para una fuente de 18/20cm: -220g de galletitas, yo use de coco. -100g de manteca. -1 pote de leche condensada (390g). -ralladura y jugo de 4 limas (o 2 limones). -1 huevo+3 yemas. -150ml de crema batida para decorar. -1C de azúcar impalpable. -esencia de vainilla. 𝐂𝐔𝐀𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐃𝐄 𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐏𝐈𝐄 🍋‍🟩 A pesar de ser muy fan del pie de limón debo reconocer que esta versión muuuy similar me encantó! Amé lo fresquito que queda, la base de galletita nunca falla y la crema le da un toque de postre más liviano. La recetas y variaciones que existen son muy similares entre sí pero uno puede darle su toque personal como variando la cantidad de jugo o crema🤍🍋‍🟩 pero te aseguro que no falla de ninguna manera! 𝐂𝐔𝐀𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐃𝐄 𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐏𝐈𝐄 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬 (Molde de 22 x 22 cm) Base de galleta •180 gr de galletas María •90 gr de mantequilla sin sal derretida •2 cdas de azúcar rubia Relleno •1 lata de leche condensada (397 gr ) •120 ml de jugo de lima/limón sutil •1 cda de ralladura de lima (pueden agregarle más) •150 gr de yogurt natural (yo usé griego natural oikos de @danonechile ) •3 yemas *Crema chantilly •200 gr de crema fría •2 cucharadas de azúcar flor 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐨 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐨 1.Procesamos las galletas junto a la azúcar rubia y luego mezclamos con la mantequilla derretida hasta tener una arena húmeda. En un molde cuadrado o rectangular, forrado con papel mantequilla presionamos por toda la base la galleta molida con ayuda de un vaso o base plana hasta compactar y llevamos a horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 10 min. Reservamos **Antes de exprimir el jugo de las limas, los rallamos :) 2.Para el relleno mezclamos la leche condensada, el yogurt natural, el jugo de lima y ralladura de lima hasta integrar. Agregamos las yemas y mezclamos también hasta incorporar. 3.Vertemos sobre la base de galletas y se va nuevamente a horno precalentado durante 15 a 20 min mas. Dejamos enfriar por completo y refrigeramos mínimo 5 horas. 4.Batimos la crema fría con azúcar flor hasta punto chantilly y terminamos con la capa de crema, alisando lo mas que podamos. Decoramos con ralladura de lima y ya podemos desmoldar y cortar. #keylimepie #piedelimon #yogurtgriego
